Michael Willoughby, project lead for training aids, devices, simulators and simulations support operations (PL TSO) at the U.S. Army’s Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI), leads a panel discussion with PEO STRI liaison representatives during a town hall in Orlando, Florida, on June 2. PEO STRI liaison representatives are located at military installations around the world as part of the PL TSO global support operations team and provide a critical communications link between PEO STRI project managers/leads and customers in the field. Quarterly town halls are an important internal communications tool, allowing PEO STRI leaders to disseminate new policy and procedures, answer questions from the audience, recognize the achievements of the staff, and ensure our focus aligns with the Army’s current priorities.
