SAN DIEGO (May 29, 2025) - Vice Adm. Brendan McLane, commander, Naval Surface Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet, right, commissions a group of Ensigns and 2nd Lt.s for the Navy Reserve Officer Training Corps (NROTC) San Diego commissioning ceremony at the USS Midway Museum in San Diego. NROTC San Diego includes midshipmen from the University of San Diego, San Diego State University, California State University of San Marcos, Point Loma Nazarene University, and the University of California San Diego.
