COMMANDER, FLEET ACTIVITIES YOKOSUKA, Japan (May 29, 2025) - Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), Naval Facilities Command Far East (NAVFAC), and Defense Logisitics Agency (DLA)-contracted personnel began setting up a new LED display outside the James D. Kelley Fleet Recreation Center Thursday, May 29, 2025. This is the second installation of four custom-made marquees hand-built in Hiroshima. The project is part of a more than half million-dollar initiative scheduled to promote command safety and community information. One new marquees are scheduled to be placed in the Ikego Heights Family Housing Area and one new display set to replace the aging marquee near Carney Gate. (Official U.S. Navy photo by James Kimber)
