    COMMANDER, FLEET ACTIVITIES YOKOSUKA, Japan (May 29, 2025) - Electricians from Naval Facilities Command Far East (NAVFAC) ensure the new LED display outside the James D. Kelley Fleet Recreation Center is electrically safe Thursday, May 29, 2025. This is the second installation of four custom-made marquees hand-built in Hiroshima. The project is part of a more than half million-dollar initiative scheduled to promote command safety and community information.
