Fort Campbell senior commander Maj. Gen. Brett Sylvia and former Soldiers of Delta Company, 3rd Battalion, 187th Infantry Regiment presented a wreath at the Gold Star Families Memorial Monument, in solemn remembrance of all who gave their lives in service to the nation. The tribute honors not only their fallen brothers and sisters but to all who have made the ultimate sacrifice for freedom. It is a sacred duty to remember them, to carry their stories forward, and to ensure their courage is never forgotten.
