U.S. Airmen assigned to the 378th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron Fire and Emergency Services Flight and 378th Expeditionary Medical Squadron, provide first aid to casualties while being evaluated by trainers, during an exercise within the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility, May 9, 2025.
