250520-O-NJ594-1052, Portsmouth, Virginia, (May. 20, 2025) The Navy and Marine Corps Force Health Protection Command (NMCFHPC) hosted a townhall meeting on May 20, 2025, onboard Naval Support Activity (NSA) Hampton Roads - Portsmouth Annex. The townhall was held to commemorate Capt. Marion Gregg, commander, NMCFHPC, and director, Defense Center for Public Health Portsmouth (DCPH-P) and Capt. Charles Wilhite, deputy commander, NMCFHPC for their time and dedication to the command. At the end of the townhall Gregg and Wilhite were awarded NMCFHPC plaques that were crafted and signed by staff members. Gregg will be transferring to U.S. Naval Forces Central Command (COMUSNAVCENT) to be the Fifth Fleet Force Surgeon and Wilhite will be transferring to Commander, Submarine Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet (COMSUBPAC) to be a safety officer.
