PANAMA CITY, Panama (May 14 2025) – Members of the National Aeronaval Service (SENAN) of Panama, prepare a motor for maintenance at Naval Base Frigate Captain Noel Antonio Rodriguez Justavino, Panama on May 14, 2025. Backed by the United States through the U.S.-Colombia Action Plan, the outboard motor maintenance is a trilateral training initiative where Colombian Coast Guard personnel are working side-by-side with Panama’s SENAN to expand technical skills, enhance operational readiness, and deepen security cooperation across the region.
