PANAMA CITY, Panama (May 14, 2025) – Colombian Coast Guard First Warrant Officer Pedro Maldonado, center pointing, works with members of the National Aeronaval Service (SENAN) of Panama, during outboard motor maintenance at Naval Base Frigate Captain Noel Antonio Rodriguez Justavino, Panama on May 14, 2025. Backed by the United States through the U.S.-Colombia Action Plan, the outboard motor maintenance is a trilateral training initiative where Colombian Coast Guard personnel are working side-by-side with Panama’s SENAN to expand technical skills, enhance operational readiness, and deepen security cooperation across the region.
