A U.S. Marine with Command Element, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, uses a Hand-Held Video Down Link connected to a Target Handoff System in order to receive live imagery from the aircraft sensor during a Sensor Expeditionary Advanced Base Operation as part of MEU Exercise, at Ie Shima, Japan, May 7, 2025. Marines with the 31st MEU conducted SEAB operations in order to increase aerial-defense capabilities.
