Civilian yard workers from Puget Sound Naval Shipyard perform maintenance on the bow catapults of the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74). Stennis has a total of four catapults to launch aircraft off the flight deck during flight operations. Stennis is in a docking planned incremental availability for maintenance.
