Puget Sound Naval Shipyard workers and Sailors aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74) direct an F/A-18C Hornet training aircraft onto the flight deck. The aircraft, used for damage control training purposes, was removed from Stennis in October 2007 in order to resurface the flight deck. Stennis is in a docking planned incremental availability for maintenance.
