Dili, Timor-Leste (Mar. 10, 2025) Detail Timor-Leste, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 3 (NMCB-3) and 7th ESB Marines, attached to NMCB-3, are led by Construction Electrician 2nd Class Jason, Duke from Murrieta, California, in a warrior toughness breathing exercises to help our sailors and marines refocus their minds and calm their hearts to help them tackle the rest of the daily tasks to come. The consistent practice of the warrior toughness breathing techniques helps everyone recollect themselves in time of stress or need. NMCB-3 Serves as the stand-in engineering force for Commander U.S. 7th Fleet, executing high-quality construction operations, activities, and investments. The battalion operates at the unit-of-action level to support major combat operations in the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command area of responsibility, with expertise in airfield, waterfront, and advanced base construction.
