An Arkansas National Guard athlete competes in the 48th annual Lincoln Marathon and Half Marathon, May 4, 2025, in Lincoln, Nebraska. More than 125 Nebraska National Guard Soldiers and Airmen participated in the Lincoln Marathon running the full 26.2 miles, or marching with weighted rucksacks the 13.1 miles half-marathon distance. Nebraska National Guard Soldiers and Airmen annually provide support at the start and finish line areas, aid stations, water points and more throughout the race, which also serves as the biennial time trials for the National Guard All Guard Marathon Team.
