A bald man wearing sunglasses, a gray t-shirt, and black shorts is performing a tire flip exercise outdoors on a paved surface. He is pushing a large, heavy tractor-style tire in an upright position, demonstrating significant physical exertion. The setting appears to be a parking lot or road near a building, likely during a fitness training session.

U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. and Tactical Air Control Party specialist Nathan Adams flips a 230-pound tractor tire across the final lap of the TACP Association 24 Hour Run Challenge at the 182nd Airlift Wing in Peoria, Ill., March 29, 2013. Sixty-two runners ran 161.75 miles around the installation over the course of 24 hours and raised more than $8,200 in support of the TACP community and their families. The 182nd team also ran in remembrance of Staff Sgt. Jacob Frazier, a member of the Peoria-based 169th Air Support Operations Squadron who was killed in action near Geresk, Afghanistan, exactly 10 years earlier. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt.
