A woman is running outdoors on a paved road or path, likely during early spring given the remnants of snow visible on the ground. She is dressed in athletic wear including a camouflage-patterned t-shirt, black leggings, and running shoes, and appears to be mid-stride with her hair blowing behind her. The background shows institutional-style brick buildings, a picnic table, and a light pole.

U.S. Air Force Maj. Patricia Thompson runs one of 15 miles during the second annual Tactical Air Control Party Association 24 Hour Run Challenge at the 182nd Airlift Wing in Peoria, Ill., March 28, 2013. Sixty-two runners ran 161.75 miles around the installation over the course of 24 hours and raised more than $8,200 in support of the TACP community and their families. The 182nd team also ran in remembrance of Staff Sgt. Jacob Frazier, a member of the Peoria-based 169th Air Support Operations Squadron who was killed in action near Geresk, Afghanistan, exactly 10 years earlier. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt.
