Hudson presents the Bronze de Fleury medal to Bill Chatron, a hydraulic engineer with the Tulsa District Hydraulics and Hydrology Section, April 29, 2025. Chatron was recognized for his distinguished 41-year career with USACE, during which he demonstrated exceptional leadership, technical expertise and dedication to public service. As Water Management Team Lead, he oversees operations at 50 locks, dams and hydropower plants and is widely recognized as a subject matter expert in hydrology and hydraulics.
