The Montana Army National Guard is proud to promote 1st Lt. Nichols Steiner to the rank of Captain on April 9 in a ceremony held at Fort Harrison, Mont.
Capt. Steiner serves as the Commander of Bravo Company, 1-163rd Combined Arms Battalion. Steiner has previously served as a Platoon Leader for Team Apache during the 1-163rd’s deployment in 2021-22, Company Executive Officer, and other positions, bringing a knowledge and experience to his current role.
