A Soldier practices medical evacuation skills April 1 while training for the Best Warrior Competition at Fort Indiantown Gap, Pennsylvania April 3-5, 2025. The event, hosted by the Pennsylvania Army National Guard, included dozens of competitors from across the state’s major commands, as well as the U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command and international participants from Lithuania. The event included an obstacle course, day and night land navigation, firearm qualifications, a combat fitness test, 12-mile ruck march, medical lanes, as well as a written exam and board.
