250326-N-WE249-2632 STENNIS SPACE CENTER, Miss. – Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School (NAVSCIATTS) instructors brief Rear Adm. Carlos Sardiello, commander, U.S. Fourth Fleet, on the international training command’s Technical Welding and Applied Repairs and small craft operations courses during a recent tour of NAVSCIATTS’ facilities on the John C. Stennis Space Center in South Mississippi.
The Fourth Fleet commander was accompanied by Rear Adm. Jose Felix Quimbaya Sarmiento, with the Colombian chief of naval operations headquarters during the engagement, which focused on security cooperation tactical, operational, and strategic training.
