An independent duty medical technician assigned to U.S. Special Operations Command Pacific shows an intravenous needle used for tactical combat casualty care training to members of the Royal Thai Air Force near Bangkok, Thailand, Feb. 20, 2025, during Exercise Cobra Gold. The 353rd SOW is the focal point for special operations aviation activities throughout the Pacific.
