The ceremony was held for 2nd Lt. Suk as well as U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Ryan Moyers, medical lab technician, WRAIR. 2nd Lt. Suk was promoted from staff sergeant to second lieutenant, and Staff Sgt. Moyers was promoted from sergeant to staff sergeant.
