U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Ryan Moyers, medical lab technician, Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, has his new rank insignia placed on his uniform by his daughter during a promotion ceremony held at WRAIR in Silver Spring, Maryland, June 17, 2024. The ceremony was held for Staff Sgt. Moyers as well as U.S. Army 2nd Lt. Jeongwon Suk, Chief of the Department of Pathology, WRAIR. 2nd Lt. Suk was promoted from staff sergeant to second lieutenant, and Staff Sgt. Moyers was promoted from sergeant to staff sergeant.
