U.S. Marine stationed at Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, receive their coin, t-shirt and certification of completion at the end of the High Intensity Tactical Training (HITT) Instructor course at the installation, Arizona, Jan. 11, 2025. The HITT Instructor course was a five-day course that combined the level I and II curriculum that teaches basic exercise physiology, nutrition, advanced exercise techniques, biomechanics of movement, and injury prevention.
