The NPS, Seatrec team performs an early test of the Persistent Smart Acoustic Profiler (PSAP) Voyager off the R/V Fulmar in Monterey Bay. Through a long-standing relationship with the National Marine Sanctuary Program, which operates the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Association (NOAA) vessel, NPS researchers have access to critical oceanographic research capabilities onboard the Fulmar.
