U.S. Army Lt. Col. Tyson V. Mele assumes command of the District of Columbia National Guard’s 260th Regiment (Regional Training Institute), during a change of command ceremony at the 260th RTI, at Fort Belvoir, Va., on Feb. 2, 2025. The ceremony symbolized the transfer of command between outgoing commander, U.S. Army Col. Jonathan H. Grabill, and incoming commander, Lt. Col. Mele. U.S. Army Brig. Gen. Craig M.
