Rescue crews from Guatemala plan their next move on the site of a simulated earthquake in Comasagua, El Salvador on May 7 as part of Fuerzas Aliadas-Humanitarias 2008. FA-HUM 2008 is a U.S. Army South program designed to give humanitarian assistance, educate and train emergency responders from countries in Central America, South America and the Caribbean.
