Emergency workers from El Salvador rescue fellow crew members acting as civilians in a simulated earthquake created for Fuerzas Aliadas-Humanitarias 2008. FA-HUM 2008 is designed to give humanitarian assistance, educate and train emergency personnel from countries in Central America, South America and the Caribbean for disaster response. The program is managed by U.S. Army South and 25 countries participated in El Salvador, Panama, and Trinidad and Tobago.
