Coast Guard members from Recruiting Office Norwalk, Calif., and Base Los Angeles-Long Beach join Habitat for Humanity for a Neighborhood Restoration Project, Feb. 27, 2013, just south of Compton, Calif. The crews donated their time to help rehabilitate a home in an area stricken by a declining economy to provide a symbol of hope for others in the community.
