    Four U.S. Navy personnel in service khaki uniforms are gathered at the grave of Delbert D. Black at what appears to be Arlington National Cemetery. The headstone identifies him as GMCM U.S. Navy, the First Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy, a Pearl Harbor Survivor who lived from July 11, 1922 to March 5, 2000. A red rose has been placed at the base of the headstone as a tribute.
