Retired U.S. Army Col. Kirsten Brunson, receives an award from U.S. Army Gen. Charles A. Flynn, Commanding General of United States Army Pacific, with her husband, U.S. Army Lt. Gen. Xavier Brunson, the outgoing Commanding General of America’s First Corps, at the First Corps Change of Command Ceremony, on Oct. 25, 2024, at Joint Base Lewis-McChord. The award was given to honor Brunson's dedication and duty to I Corps.
