U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Joel Hadley is given his new rank during his promotion ceremony at Combined Arms Training Center Camp Fuji, Japan, Oct. 1, 2024. The Marines were promoted to the rank of corporal, the first Noncommissioned Officer rank of the Marine Corps, signifying increased responsibility and leadership.
