U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Riley Lazenby receive his blood stripes at his promotion ceremony at Combined Arms Training Center Camp Fuji, Japan, Oct. 1, 2024. The Marines were promoted to the rank of corporal, the first Noncommissioned Officer rank of the Marine Corps, signifying increased responsibility and leadership.
