Marines determine sectors of fire after positioning their M777 A2 155mm howitzers Jan. 29 in the North Fuji Maneuver Area while conducting reconnaissance, scouting, occupation and positioning drills during Exercise Fire Dragon 13-2. During the drills, Marines practiced securing an area for emplacement of howitzers and conducted dry-fire missions. The Marines are with 3rd Battalion, 12th Marine Regiment, 3rd Marine Division, III Marine Expeditionary Force.
