Members of the D.C. National Guard's 33rd Weapons of Mass Destruction-Civil Support Team (WMD-CST) train during the Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Support to Command and Control (CSC2) Soldier Touch Point (STP) for the U.S. Army National Guard Bureau (NGB) Capability Package (CP) 1.1 at Fort Belvoir, Va., Sept. 24-27, 2024. The team integrated with response forces from two other states to establish internal and external communications, establish survey operations, and develop a Common Operating Picture (COP) within the computing environment.
