Eric Maxon of the Public Affairs Rapid Reaction Team (PARRT) on April 22, 2008. Saunders' office oversees the development of Vigilant Guard exercises. The National Guard Bureau's 14-member PARRT Team deployed to South Carolina to support the state's 15-member public affairs team during the Vigilant Guard exercises taking place in Beaufort, S.C. last week.
