A U.S. Marine Corps FA-18D Hornet taxis down the runway after landing Feb. 11 at Wing One Royal Thai Air Force Base, Nakhon Ratchasima, Kingdom of Thailand, during exercise Cobra Gold 2013. Thai and U.S. aircraft participated in flight exercises on the first day of CG 13. The exercise allows the U.S. an opportunity to collaborate with partner nations to achieve mutual security goals, address shared concerns, and continue to develop and enhance relationships. The aircraft is assigned to Marine All Weather Fighter Attack Squadron 224, Marine Aircraft Group 12, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, III Marine Expeditionary Force.
