Royal Thai Army Col. Nuttawut Chunhanun, chief of staff for 7th Infantry, RTA, delivers his closing remarks Feb. 8 at the closing ceremony of Balance Torch 13-13 at Special Warfare Training Camp, Pratu Pha, Lampang province, Kingdom of Thailand. Balance Torch is a program that provides training for the RTA focused on individual combat skills.
