VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (Aug. 21, 2024) A panel of Sailors from the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69) (IKE) and Carrier Air Wing (CVW) 3 speak to an audience of school-based Military Family Life Counselors (MFLC), Aug. 21. During the event, Sailors provided insight into different phases of the deployed cycle to better positioned MLFCs to support school-aged children of deployed Sailors in the Hampton Roads area.
