Pacific Partnership 2024-2 official party, receive flower leis at the opening ceremony of Pacific Partnership 2024-2 and Pacific Angel 24-3 at Pham Van Dong Square in Quang Ngai, Vietnam, Aug. 20, 2024. This iteration of Pacific Angel is the first joint mission with Pacific Partnership.
