Rear Adm. Oliver Berdal, Chief of the Royal Norwegian Navy meets with senior U.S. Navy leaders for a round-table discussion at the Pentagon, Aug 6. While in Washington D.C., the two leaders had multiple engagements to include a full-honor’s welcoming ceremony, an office call and a roundtable, where the two heads of navy discussed the enduring nature of the U.S.-Norway naval alliance, as well as their shared commitment advance interoperability and increase combined capability to safeguard the Arctic and the High North.
