Cheryl O’Keefe and Rebecca Laher, research and development engineers from private industry, gather data during an acoustic sensor demonstration at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Aug. 1, 2024. During the demonstration the sensor measured altitude, range and bearing of the aircraft as it passed and created an acoustic signature on a spectrogram.
