Jeremiah Manning, Kentucky Lock resident engineer, points out recent updates to the Kentucky Lock construction project to Maj. Gen. Mark Quander, USACE Great Lakes and Ohio River Division commander, during a tour on July 30, 2024. Quander visited the lock to see the progress as well as to participate in a ceremony marking one million man-hours without a loss time incident, a significant safety milestone.
