Jade Baxter, U.S. Army Animal Care Technician, from Merced, Calif, assigned to Veterinary Readiness Activity-San Diego, provides treats for Military Working Dogs assigned to Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC) Force Protection at the Port Hueneme Kennel. NBVC is a strategically located Naval installation composed of three operating facilities: Point Mugu, Port Hueneme and San Nicolas Island.
