Johan Hindert, Commander of the Los Angeles Recruiting Battalion hosts the Los Angeles Unified School District Army Salute Event in Los Angeles, Ca., June 1, 2024. This celebration honored the students of the district, alongside their families, for the talented students who will join the Army through the United States Military Academy, Reserve Officer Training Corps, or as an enlisted Soldier.
