1st Sgt. Steven Beall, with the 256th Medical Company Area Support (256th MCAS), works with Soldiers to assess their capabilities during a Large Scale Combat Operation (LSCO) training exercise at the CACTF medical clinic at Camp Blanding Joint Training Center, Fla., May 16-19, 2024. The exercise marked the unit's first full involvement since their deployment to Iraq in 2008-2009, provided real-world scenarios to evaluate and enhance the team's readiness and effectiveness under pressure.
