Capt. Kevin Bailey, deputy director of Maritime Operations Center, Naval Medical Forces Pacific, provides several guidance in identifying training requirements, gaps, advancement, integration, and sustainment goals during a three-day Expeditionary Medical Warfighter Development Center scheduling event May 14-16, 2024. More than 40 Sailors and civilian representatives from Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED), Naval Medical Forces Support Command (NMFSC), NMFP, NMFL and subordinate commands throughout the regions gathered at the Admiral Kidd Catering and Conference Center, Naval Base Point Loma, San Diego, to plan and discuss requirements from basic phase training to execution plans to support expeditionary medical capabilities and enhance force readiness for fiscal year 2025.
