Gregory Guillot, commander, North American Aerospace Defense Command and U.S. Northern Command, May 9, 2024. At the direction of USNORTHCOM and U.S. Army North, JTF-CS provides military assistance in support of civil authorities during disasters by providing tools, personnel, and leadership to help saving lives, prevent further injury, and provide temporary critical support to enable community recovery.
