Gabriel Nevmerzycki of Fleet Anti-Terrorism Security Team Company Pacific (FASTPAC) in Yokosuka instructs two agents from the Government of Japan's Immigration Services Agency (ISA) a restraining technique during a martial arts exchange May 14 at Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka's Hawk's Nest.
