YOKOSUKA, Japan (May 14, 2024) - Staff Sgt. Randy Rees throws Sgt. Peyton Capone, both of Fleet Anti-Terrorism Security Team Company Pacific (FASTPAC) in Yokosuka, to demonstrate a counter rear bear hug throw technique with agents from the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) and the Government of Japan's Immigration Services Agency (ISA) during a martial arts exchange May 14 at Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka's Hawk's Nest.
